1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Designer Canvas website and online store and apply to purchases made through the website.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Purchased digital products are additionally governed by the Designer Canvas License Agreement applicable to that product, provided with the product at or following purchase. Where these Terms & Conditions and a product’s License Agreement address the same subject, the License Agreement controls for matters specific to product use, and these Terms & Conditions control for matters relating to website use, purchasing, payment, and delivery.

3. Orders & Payments
Product prices, applicable taxes, and any other charges payable by the customer are displayed before the purchase is completed.
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through the payment methods and payment processors made available at checkout.
By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
4. Digital Product Delivery
Designer Canvas products are digital products delivered electronically.
Delivery is provided through the Designer Canvas website, including through download links or account access, as applicable to the product purchased.
Unless otherwise stated on the product’s checkout page, digital products are supplied immediately after successful payment.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account associated with your purchase.

5. Refunds, Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Because Designer Canvas products are digital products delivered electronically, there are no physical products to return.
Designer Canvas does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after access or download has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a problem accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact support@designercanvas.co so we can assist you.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
6. Product Licenses
Your rights to use purchased digital products, including any permitted modification, incorporation, and distribution, are governed by the applicable Designer Canvas License Agreement.
The applicable License Agreement may contain product-specific terms, including permitted users, usage restrictions, and other licensing conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Designer Canvas website, including site text, images, graphics, and marketing materials, is owned by or licensed to Designer Canvas. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission.
The intellectual property and permitted use of purchased digital products are governed by the applicable License Agreement.
8. International Sales
Designer Canvas currently sells digital products to customers in Canada and the United States.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Designer Canvas is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchased products.
For purchased digital products, any additional limitations relating to product use are set out in the applicable License Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to any rights or protections that apply to consumers under applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will apply to purchases made after the updated terms take effect.
