Digital Products – Canada & USA
Effective Date: July 5, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Designer Canvas website and online store. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Purchased digital products are additionally governed by the Designer Canvas License Agreement applicable to that product, provided at the time of purchase. Where this document and a product’s License Agreement address the same subject, the License Agreement controls for matters specific to product use, and this document controls for matters of site use, payment, and delivery.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability.
- Prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce, Stripe, or PayPal.
3. Digital Product Delivery
- All digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address.
- Your rights to use a purchased digital product, including permitted uses, restrictions, and license type, are set out in that product’s License Agreement, not in this document.
4. Refunds
- All digital products are non-refundable once access or download has been granted.
- This applies in addition to, and consistent with, any termination terms in the applicable License Agreement.
- Issues with downloads or access can be reported to support@designercanvas.co.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including site text, images, and marketing materials, is owned by Designer Canvas. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this site content without permission.
For purchased digital products specifically, your rights to use, modify, and incorporate the product into your own work are defined by that product’s License Agreement. This section does not limit the rights explicitly granted to you under a License Agreement you’ve purchased.
6. International Sales
By purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We currently calculate taxes for Canada and the USA only.
7. Liability
Designer Canvas is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products. Use our products at your own risk; professional advice should be sought for technical applications.
For purchased digital products, liability is further limited as set out in that product’s License Agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, consistent with the governing law stated in Designer Canvas License Agreements.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the website.
